Welcome to TypoSprint. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TypoSprint Chrome Extension and its website. By installing or utilizing our software, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Use License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the TypoSprint Chrome Extension. The Free Tier is available for personal use with limited features. The Pro Tier is available upon purchase for professional or commercial purposes.

You may not attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the extension code or assets without written permission from the author.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

TypoSprint Pro features require a valid subscription or lifetime purchase. Our billing and checkout processes are handled securely by Paddle, our merchant of record:

  • Pro Monthly Subscriptions: Billed at $1.57 per month. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Pro Lifetime Deal: Billed as a one-time purchase of $29. Includes all future upgrades without extra costs.
  • Cancellations & Refunds: You can cancel your subscription inside the accounts tab. Refund requests are subject to Paddle's general terms.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the extension or sync servers for any unlawful activities. You must not upload malicious scripts, spam text templates, or violate intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this policy.

4. Limitation of Liability

TypoSprint is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Under no circumstances will TypoSprint or its developers be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from data loss, server downtime, or extension malfunction.

5. Modifications of Terms

We reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted directly to this page and the version timestamp updated. Continued use of TypoSprint implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the local laws of our operating region, without regard to conflict of law principles.
